Recently, 3am Writers worked with Kensington Real Estate Brokerage to create press releases and other pieces for online content and social media. I always enjoy working with photographer Jen Osojnicki (she makes me look good!) and I welcomed the chance to connect with my longtime client and fellow Social Media Diva, Sheryle DiGirolamo.
Sheryle is a local REALTOR®and owner of Kensington Real Estate Brokerage, a boutique real estate firm with offices at 214 North Main Street in Attleboro, MA and 30 Newbury Street, Boston, MA. She’s a beautiful person in every way. On the day of the shoot, she was so friendly, calm, and collected that you would never know that she was in the midst of completing eleven real estate closings. ELEVEN! Sheryle rocks.
Sheryle asked that we have the shoot at one of her listed properties, 200 North Main St, Attleboro, MA. This property just came on the market and it is truly a gem–a historical site that’s full of all those nooks and crannies and gorgeous details that characterize old houses. There was stunning staircase, a dumb waiter for laundry, and even a mini bowling alley in one of the hallways (see if you can catch a glimpse of it in the pictures!)
All in all, the house has great bones and so many possibilities (As I looked around, I found myself imagining where my office would be!) Out in back of the house lies a giant warehouse, as this location has been utilized for many years as a manufacturing concern. It’s beautiful and unique, an ideal property for an enterprising buyer to take over and make into something amazing–a beautiful site for events, a bed & breakfast, the list goes on!
We had a lot of fun with the shoot, especially in light of some recent developments in Jen’s career. (You’ll have to read her blog to find out, I’m sworn to secrecy here.) There were a lot of laughs! The photo shoot made me remember what I love about what I do. It’s all about the clients, and the relationships we build at 3am Writers.
